Vitosha Outdoor — Spring campaign
A multi-channel spring launch for a Bulgarian outdoor-gear brand. Photography, paid social, email, retail collateral and an event series in three cities.
Vitosha was launching a new line of trail-running gear and wanted a single coherent push across digital, retail and earned media.
What we did
Campaign concept, photo and video shoot in the Pirin range, paid social on Meta and TikTok, lifecycle email, in-store collateral, and three trail-running launch events in Sofia, Plovdiv and Varna.
Outcome
Sell-through on the new line at 87% within six weeks. CAC 32% below the brand's previous campaign benchmark.
