NorthStar Capital — Investor reporting
A bespoke investor reporting platform for a CEE-focused VC: portfolio metrics, capital calls, distributions and quarterly letters in one place.
NorthStar was running quarterly investor reporting in PowerPoint and DocuSign. LPs were asking for a portal — both for transparency and because their own reporting tools needed structured data.
What we did
A multi-tenant Next.js + Postgres platform with role-based access (LP / GP / portfolio company), structured financial reporting, document signing, and a metrics layer that imports from spreadsheets without breaking.
Outcome
Cut quarterly reporting time from two weeks to two days. Used as a sales tool in their next fund raise.
