Kontur Group — Identity refresh
A full visual identity reset for a Plovdiv construction firm scaling into mid-rise commercial work. New mark, system, signage and field-grade collateral.
Kontur had outgrown the family-business identity that carried them through their first decade. Their proposal-to-win ratio was high, but their brand was reading "subcontractor", not "general contractor".
What we did
New wordmark and pictogram, color and typography system, application across proposals, signage, vehicles and PPE. Photography direction for project case studies.
Outcome
Three winning bids on commercial projects in the six months after launch — the first time at that scale.
