A learning management platform for ongoing GMP and regulatory training across a 600-person manufacturing site, audit-ready out of the box.
Aurora needed to run mandatory training for production staff, track completion per regulator (BDA, EMA), and produce audit-ready reports on demand.
What we did
A PHP/Symfony LMS with course authoring, certifications, automated reminders, signed audit logs, and a self-service report builder. Tightly integrated with their HR system.
Outcome
Last GMP audit closed with zero training-related findings. Training completion at 98% (was 71%).
